Dr. Judy Brangman, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and lifestyle medicine physician who is dedicated to helping others live healthier and better. She is an advocate for a whole food plant based diet and enjoys teaching individuals and groups how to incorporate more plant based foods into their diet. Dr. Judy makes eating healthy and living well seem easy through her natural gift of making the scientific/medical concepts palatable for her patients.  She is the founder and owner of Newell Health, a boutique lifestyle medicine practice, Dr. Judy helps individuals to make effective lifestyle changes that can prevent and reverse chronic diseases. She is mindful of medication interactions and aims to help her patients to minimize their medication dependence as much as possible. Her patients love that she is caring, approachable, understanding, and open to natural modalities including alternative medicine, integrative medicine, and herbal medicine.
