Cassie works with her clients to build the courage to trust that food isn't the problem, and neither are you. All or nothing dieting has set many of us up for failure. Cassie Christopher is a Registered Dietitian, Emotional Eating Expert and worksite wellness consultant. She has a Master’s degree in Nutrition and specializes in helping women in midlife and beyond find the Courage to Trust themselves around food.
