Doubt creates a mountain and faith moves it. When you doubt yourself it’s because you don’t see that you’re more than what’s in the mirror. Realise the self and with faith, take a step forward and move the mountain. Helen Sayers is a former science teacher from Jersey. Helen has lived and worked in a variety of countries and cultures. She spends much of her time in Brittany, France, where she co-created an association that aims to support emotional and spiritual well-being and encourages a spirit of conviviality in the community.
