A wise sea captain caught in a tropical storm knows that if he holds his vessel on the periphery, it will get hurled around. If he can reach the eye of the storm, he will enter a place of stillness. Similarly, when everything around me is changing, the best place for me to seek refuge is not on the outside, but deep within the self. Nina currently works as a Family Conference Co-ordinator and workshop facilitator, empowering individuals, families and communities to work together. Nina has been a student with the Brahma Kumaris for nearly 20 years. She speaks with clarity and humour.
