"Food" for Thought - Romans 10:13

from Come Alive with Candace

For many years I often wondered, why is it so important to read the Bible?  I struggled with the head to heart connection.  Over time, however, God's Word became more than just words, but life!  (Hebrews 4:12)I've often related reading the Bible to eating food (Ps. I love food!) But stay with me here. Our physical bodies need food to sustain life - correct?  Well, our spiritual bodies need the Word of God to sustain us! Jesus was often referred to as The Bread of Life and Living Water.  What better place to get your 'fill' than God's Word! Here is my "Food" for Thought from  Romans 10:13.       “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”Sing Along to the Song....Satan go away you're not allowed to stay when I call his name Yes Jesus is his name he will usher inRemove all my sin protect my weary heart and give me a brand new start so pack your bags and go You dirty little foe You're not allowed to stay, So Satan go away In Jesus name I pray.I'd love to hear your thoughts!
