Welcome to Food for Thought.Our cells, our bodies, and the Earth consist of 70% water. On a physical, chemical, and spiritual level our lives are shaped by water. This Food For Thought (facilitated by Andrew Zimmerman and Sophia McLaughlin) explores the interrelationship between water and life from a number of perspectives.
