But David had a bone to pick with our mutual friend, Roger, and – being unsatisfied by their private exchange – he aired his grievance in front of the entire Fresh Catch Nation. He prepared like a lawyer in desperate need of a victory…or a comedian fishing for his first laugh. Dr Dave acted as  proxy-judge on behalf of all 17 listeners…a gavel grip he held onto while David sought an additional ruling about St Betsy's purring demurring. We hope our laughter doesn't prevent listeners from hearing enough to judge fairly: did David win either case?
