They talk about some department head/chair things and Getting Things Done and then get into food safety stuff. They do a round of their favorite bit, ABC CDC FDA+ (PHAC edition). The discussion goes to research, as part of his IAFP preparation Ben stumbled across a few papers that he wanted to talk to Don about. These papers took them on a discussion path about pizza held at room temperature, food safety while camping and cut produce held at room temperature (and the complicated regulatory landscape around that in the US).
