Food Sensitivities and Mic Catastrophes

I had a majorly bad reaction to something I ate, yikes! Last week's episode almost got trashed cause of a mic issue. I went to a Christian dance class that I was skeptical of. Still loving the dance studio near my house, esp the ballet class!!!! I had a good dentist visit. I'm still obsessed with Goodwill. I'm teaching a dance class August 19th! And I have a great remedy for anemia if you're interested. :)
