He trained as a chef, worked with Jose Andres at Minibar and Michel Richard at Citronelle. Michel turned him on to wines and the rest is history. Tim has just returned from France and drinking a lot of wine. Life is hard, we guess. She’s a fabulously talented Panamanian chef, restaurateur and television personality. Jeremy Ligon is the winemaker and Jon Bowman is the brewer at the Barrel Oak Winery and Brewery, where they produce both and, by the way, recently won a Double Gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition;                                                                                                                                                       ·        Sydney Morgan is a senior account executive at Occasions Caterers. She plans all of the top events-- most recently the Kevin Hart Mark Twain awards evening at the Kennedy Center.
