The folks behind it and behind Milk and Honey, the museum’s café, are well known to Washington’s fans of dining out: Rammy award-winning chef Todd Gray and his business partner and wife! Ellen Kassoff Gray, whose restaurant, Equinox, has been a celebrated cornerstone of downtown dining for years.
