He’s the founder of the MixBurgh Foundation, a new collaborative initiative in the craft cocktail and spirits scene in Western Pennsylvania.                                                                                                                                                                                                         ·        Tapori has brought the authentic flavors of South Asian street food to H Street Northeast. It‘s also brought Chef Suresh Sundas, a 2026 James Beard Foundation Finalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.
