It was an honor to interview Nozibusiso, I hope we can all get behind here. Nozibusiso Foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation which was founded by Football Journalist, Nozibusiso Sibiya. The aim of this foundation is to uplift rural communities by investing in football development. The Foundation’s first initiative was called #DonateABoot which received more than 50 soccer boot donations from individuals across the country as well as a donation of 25 soccer boots from Adidas. This initiative took place from July - December 2019. These boots were then donated to a local football association in EGoyintethe, KwaMbonambi, King Cetshwayo Municipality Kwazulu Natal. The Foundation then hosted a tournament for the same LFA on the 16th of December 2019 and also added a girls’ team, which consisted of girls under the age of 17. The tournament was a success with sponsorships from Vodacom NXT LVL in KwaZulu Natal and Quelle.
