Football Nation Radio Week 14: Aliens, Power Rankings, and the Fantasy Playoffs

The Fantasy Football Playoffs start this week, unfortunately it’s with the worst Primetime Game in History. The 3-9 Jaguars host the 2-10 Texans opn Thursday Night Football. It is truly a battle for the Number 1 pick in 2014. Should Jaguars fans hope their two-game win streak comes to an end or the Texans fans cheer for their 11th straight loss? Will see if Tanky For Teddy comes into play. Luckily the Sunday Night game and Monday Night’s action makes up for the nauseating match-up on Thursday. Panthers travel to New Orleans to take on the Saints and battle for NFC South supremacy on Sunday Night and the Dallas Cowboys fly up to the Windy City to play the Bears on Monday. Think about all the potential fantasy match-ups that depend on performances from Monday Night. Tony Romo, Jay Cutler/Josh McCown, Matt Forte, DeMarco Murray, Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffrey, Dez Bryant, Martellus Bennett, and Jason Witten all in action for this week’s final game. Lot of swearing and crying or cheering and celebrating from Fantasy Managers after that Monday Night Game. As if the Fantasy Football playoffs don’t get you pumped up, we discuss Aliens, Government conspiracies and more in this very special and entertaining edition of Football Nation. Plus Kerry Byrne from ColdHardFootballFacts.com joins us to discuss the Power Rankings in the NFL. The Seahawks seem like a lock to represent the NFC in Super Bowl 48 but who will meet them from the AFC? Kerry, Todd, and Bill all debate.
