As in, he didn't have any sort of rating on either 247 or Rivals. However, since then, Bitter has jumped way up to a mid-three star, with a low four-star rating within reach. Could Bitter be one of the steals of the class?This weekend is also a huge recruiting weekend for football, as a handful of big targets are making their official visits this weekend.
