In this Football Rising Senior Spotlight, Mr. Fernando Castillo, shares his journey of initially having no interest in playing football as a youth and being forced into it by his mom. He talks about his experiences as a young man when it comes to body image and the challenges he faced in middle school. Despite wanting to quit at times, he found motivation in the support of his teammates and the desire to help his mom financially. He also discusses his future plans, including pursuing a career in mechanics and using his electrical skills.
