For His Glory

For His (God's) glory is the final phrase in the Leadership Edge personal vision statement which provides the framework for LEI mentoring relationships. John Hawkins and his daughter, Laura, discuss why the vision statement ends with for His glory and reflect on what it means. John states that not only is for God's glory the culmination of the personal vision statement but it is the core purpose of our lives. And, as we live our lives for the glory of God, it elevates and fulfills us and gives ultimate guidance for our lives.
