For Louisiana District, HQIM + Opportunity Culture® Teams Sparks Early Wins

When Charlie Butler returned to his hometown to become superintendent of the Madison Parish School District in northeastern Louisiana, he was looking for innovative ways to help the persistently low-performing system.
