How are you? What’s really going on for you these days? As I contemplate my relationship to owning what's really 'up' for me, I realized that I've lately had a huge breakthrough in this department. When my plans for this week's Podcast Episode went awry, I decided it was time to share. No: things aren't 'good' all the time. Yes: there are struggles along the way. Admitting that is not small feat... but it's a necessary development in my evolution; and more than likely, in yours!
