He is now co-founder and CEO of PropertyForce, an industry-leading real estate investment company. He started it right before the financial crisis in 2008 and has weathered many storms since to now have expanded the company around the US. Throughout this interview, Oliver shares some great insight and wisdom about overcoming your fears, developing a success mindset and what it takes to make those tough decisions that pay off in the long run.
