*FOR TEENS* How to Stop Being Your Own Worst Critic (Coaching Call Replay)

from Okay, Now What? - With Kate Gladdin · host Kate Gladdin

Today's episode is coaching call I recorded with one of my students who was struggling with this challenge (which I know we can call relate to!): "I'm someone who's afraid of change and huge next chapters. I'm scared I wont measure up to the person I could be especially with college coming. I'm scared that I dont have a good sense of self because i feel like I can always find something wrong or something that needs to be fixed and this impacts how I make new friendships, how I set myself up for goals, and my emotional wellbeing. I want to be someone confident, fun to be around, and perseverent but i feel like the more i push the harder i fall back which gets tiring and scary. Can you help me with this?" You bet I can! Tune into this episode to hear how I help Rose through this struggle of self acceptance and feeling more prepared to handle whatever big changes may come your way!
