I love my grill. You will catch me in the middle of winter standing by the grill trying to get a perfect sear on my grass fed steaks. Granted it is not the healthiest way to cook food and you never want to eat charcoal-ly burnt bits, but in the summer it is my favorite. For meat, chicken, vegetables and even fruits like peaches.
