Life keeps moving faster and faster and our schedules keep getting fuller and fuller. Fortunately, we have access to so much technology to help us keep up. But even though it empowers us to do more, we feel worse. We’re glued to our phones, rage baited, and over stimulated. Many of us walk around with a pit in our stomach, anxious over what sources to trust and what catastrophe will strike next. But it doesn’t help to blame our phones. It’s a neutral piece of technology.
