Cultivate willpower to overcome all obstacles on a regular basis. Become anti-fragile. Separate reliable perceptions of willpower from deceptive perceptions of willpower. Willpower is about surrender, not strength. True willpower is quiet humility, resilience and flexibility. It is about surrender, not strength. False willpower is bluster & ambition which is a weakness in disguise. You can always choose a more optimal response (even if you haven't in the past) Prepare for adversity and turmoil & step forward into growth (instead of back into safety). When facing something outside of your comfort zone, don't indulge your lower self by caving into fear. Instead transmute that fear into excitement. Filter prejudice + expectation. Had difficulties in the past? Shift your perception of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) into PTSG (Post Traumatic Stress Growth). The enemy is any perception that prevents you from doing this. Since all emotion follows thought, reframe any fear perceptions by thinking your way into a frame of mind which allows you to move from safety into growth.
