For Your Information this week features my guest, Otis Cohn, Mayor of the City of Cleveland, who when over with listeners many of the special services in the city including the library system which has received special recognition as a Family Life Center, one of a dozen or so in the entire State of Texas. As a newly elected mayor he spoke of some of what he sees for the city in the future including a newly proposed subdivision, Land Oaks Reserve, to be located at the east end of the Hwy105 Bypass, with 1,200 quarter-million-dollar homes plus a retail center, a 37-acre lake, parks, and golf course. Mayor Cohn spoke of the growth we’ve already seen noting CISD is the fastest-growing school district in the state.
