So many absolutely awesome things have happened recently that I can't even begin to name them all. But I've also realized that all of these things, both big and little, have been taking a toll on my physical and mental well-being. On top of that, I somehow managed to achieve injuries to both of my feet this year, which has forced me to change some of the ways I typically cope with stress. This is definitely more of a free-flowing discussion, but I really wanted to share it, and more importantly, I think there's something inherently relatable here that might be helpful to hear.
