Yep - not just the day to day set you have, but instead looking ahead, putting more calories/macros to days or events (hello standing Saturday date night! hello beach snacks!) then reverse engineering your week. Because look: you don't want to miss out. But you also don't want to let excuses that you don't have control get in your way of making the progress you want to see. So let this episode give you some of my tried and true tangible tips that I use not only myself but with clients on how we can have our ice cream and eat it too!
