FOREST [A] the verdict ...... so near yet so far

City exited the FA Cup with a spirited display against Forest, pushing their Premier League opponents through to extra time before a Sam Bell miss cost them dearly in a penalty shoot out.Like against West Ham the team did not look outclassed in stark contrast to Friday's game vs Leeds. They recovered from an early goal to draw level within 5 minutes and for long periods were very much in control.
