Forged: Formed in the Fire

Harvest Worship | Featuring Susan Kent | Ever heard of the phrase, “forged in fire”? The process is defined as the “making or shaping of a metal object through the process of heating it in a fire or furnace and beating or hammering it.” In this series, we’re looking at the story of Daniel in the Old Testament. Set in a time of Babylonian captivity, this story is one of remembering that, in uncertain times, God’s hands are not absent on the circumstances of our lives. We learn that even in the midst of the forging, there’s beauty and strength to be found in the art of formation.
