Today the men reflect on Psalm 121 which emphasizes God’s “overwatch” of His people. Day or Night, God is watching over us. - Mind Challenge: Go back and listen to 3-5 bands you grew up with and reflect on where you were then and where you are now.- Heart Challenge: Note the times your wife showed you her love and at the end of the week write her a letter of gratitude summarizing them.- Strength Challenge: Squat Heavy. Use your bodyweight and your age in years to pick your weight and reps to push yourself. Are you ready to step up?
