Forgiveness - Ephesians 4:31-32

The process of true forgiveness includes 4 words; love, honesty, pity and trust. In Ephesians 4:31-32, we’re called to put away bitterness and extend the same mercy we’ve freely received. But forgiveness is more than pretending things never happened — it’s loving deeply, seeing someone’s story, and being honest with ourselves. When we understand that love covers a multitude of sins — not to hide them but to heal — we discover that forgiveness might just set us free too.
