When should you forgive someone for doing you dirty? Should you forgive them at all? Forgiveness is sticky business. You don't want to forgive someone prematurely when you haven't arrived at that place emotionally, but you may also not want to carry that negativity with you for too long. Don't worry, I am equally as conflicted! In this episode, I critique popular understanding and practice of the concept of forgiveness and offer my own advice on how to best approach your healing journey. I was truly thinking out loud when recording this episode. Admittedly, I don't have it all figured out yet, and that's okay! This is a chance for us to learn together. Enjoy!
