Welcome to another episode of Truth to Pop. I'm your host, Truth, Tyrus McNate. Now, on today's broadcast I'd like to talk about forgiving terrorism. Now if you've been listening to the Truth to Power, Pigeons, you may or may not have noticed, did I tell you to start with definitions?
Because I want the topic to be clear and defined. I don't want to miss my words, okay? So the first definition I'm going to give you guys today is terrorism. Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against the billions in a pursuit of political aim.
Now, let's talk about their word forgiveness. The word forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary, processed by which a victim undergoes a change of feelings and attitude regarding an offense. And they also let go of negative emotions, such as vignettefulness. Now, their word vegetableness isn't a really a negative word to me because of the fact, why am I sick and vengeance for something that you've done to me already?
You get what I'm saying? Like, what made you call the offense to me in the first place? I think vegetableness is really just tactical defense. That's why I think vegetable ness is.
I think we as black people have been too forgiving to people in a dominant society over the offenses that they commit to against us. And there are a lot of offenses that they commit against us. You know, just recently, in New York, there were these suspected white supremacists that goes by the name of Theresa Cline. She accuses young black kid about the name of Jeremiah Harfield sexually grabbing her butt.
She called her cops on Jeremiah, to which I believe for intentions were to either get them locked up, that would have ruined his life, or it hopes that the police would kill him. This woman lied, which was proven later on by videotape evidence. It showed that the child's bookseck brushed up against the back. Now in the media, they reported, Dave constantly and persistently asked the child, does he forgive her?
Do the child respond to your mind? It was like, no, I do not forgive her. Now, after the pressure from his mother, you can tell his mother pressure them when you're on the news. She made this child apologize for act of terrorism committed against him.
Now what do you guys think about that for a moment? She made him apologize for an act of terrorism committed against him. This lady tried to either get your son locked up or killed. And your immediate response was, I want you to forgive her.
I don't want any harm done to this woman. Are you serious? As a parent, could you wake up in the morning and really and truly look at yourself and say, look yourself in the mirror and say, hey somebody who was trying to get my child killed. I want to know harm done to that.
I didn't want any charges. I didn't want her to be locked up. I didn't want her to be prosecuted. Are you serious?
As a mother. Are you serious? No. In the words of Minister Farrakhan, find me one Jew that has been gave yellow.
Just one. Well, black people, the only people who have to forgive acts of terrorism. He's been like this as the slave days. For the days of slavery.
How do you want to put it? He's been like this as day. And as we know, we got better results. We didn't forgive.
We got better results. We stood up against white supremacy. Did the United States forgive us something like him? For his acts of terrorism?
They spent almost a decade of not a decade in such a bad life in order for them to marry him. Or, as they like to refer to him, Tim Aasmann. For those who don't know their name, let their name up, Tim Aasmann. But it seems to me, they only want to perpetrate us a white and a victim is black that the victim is asked to forgive.
And this has become a disgusting term, train. As black people, we are self-rendering our kids, our children, just to get acceptance from the dominant society. We don't remain on cold. We don't remain on cold is nonexistent.
We have got to do better. This is sickening. Now, granted, like most black males in America, more black people rather, I would raise them a Christian home. Christianity is a religion given to us by plantation owners.
To control their slaves with the basis of forgiveness. That's basically what Christianity is. At the heart of this religion, that's what it is. Otherwise, why would they give it to you if it would be useful to you?
If you could free your, if you could truly free yourself spiritually. Why would slave owners, or plantation owners, give black people religion, if you could really free yourself with it? They only give you things that continue to keep you locked and changed. To keep you docile.
To keep you submissive to them. But you know, even as a youth, even when I was a little child, I always had a problem with forgiveness. I know there's not forgiveness, only in both your enemy to continue their trans-dressions against you. I don't believe in forgiving acts of terrorism.
I don't believe in forgiving acts of betrayal. As a black man, as a black father, as a black person, it is absolutely imperative that we protect our children, our women, our lives, with our lives. We must protect each other. And anybody who commits acts of treason should be left where they are.
Now, you can take that how you want. There are too many of us in black society willing to forgive people in the dominant society for acts of terrorism. And some of y'all will forget that black people are stepping on your shoes. You can't do it.
You're planting right in the net. You got that much stuff hedging in you. We need to get over that, guys. We have been conditioned to forgive and accept mis-trement from others.
We have. And it's even more ridiculous day by day. Now, I think, after one, this time for cowardice to be absolutely in the black community. In the words of John Harry Clark, there's no warrior, more fierce than a black man.
But they convinced you that it's the opposite. Old WF. The acronym is the Mato Tuleba. And that means to operate without fear.
I'm going to say that again. Operate without fear. This brings me to two more incidents that transpired throughout the week. I shall say last week.
In Cold Spring's Florida. Florida, Jordan Davis was killed, brutally by white supremacists. Florida. Florida, Florida.
The Trayvon Martin was killed by white supremacists. Unspended white supremacists by white supremacists in Cold Spring's Florida. A 14-year-old black girl, who was repeatedly punched by a resold young, a trained officer of the law, wasn't upholding the law, but committing an act of terrorism against a 14-year-old. Now, I have to ask this question.
Where was her father? Now, I don't have any daughters. I have a son. But either way, if something happens to my child, the police don't smell my cologne.
I would not be forgiven any act of terrorism committed against me or my family. You could believe that. And I feel like black women take a few months ill when they say they don't need a man because you do. You need a man to provide.
Not just financially, but leadership, organization, discipline, and protection. They don't know all that other stuff. It is hard for black people. I understand it's hard for black people to walk out of their house and to deal with psychopathic white supremacists.
I understand it's hard. But we got to fight. Coward is, they don't work on the plantation. They won't work now.
Another incident. In Ohio, the home of Tamir Rice, two black kids were playing with the BB gun. I'm going to train the officer for the gun on them and tell both of them, I can't catch them. A trained officer said this.
They suspected race soldier. Two, two kids. They could have shot him for playing with the BB gun. They gave him his bullshit speech about, oh, do you think I want to shoot some black kids today?
What? What are you talking about? They did nothing illegal. Playing with the BB gun is nothing illegal.
Well, I guess you know what? Unless you're in Ohio, I guess that's illegal. As a matter of fact, it's a death sentence. I eat some of your rice.
Now the video began in circle eight and they had black people giving, they suspected white supremacists. They suspected race soldier. Black people were actually applauding this guy. If he had done something right by doing his job, not shooting innocent black kids.
But white kids should have whole schools, whole churches. And not just be brought in alive, but at home. They don't get any threats like this. But they get his protection.
They get protection from the race soldiers. They get protection from the white supremacist judges. They get protection from the systematic white supremacist system. And it's going to be up to us as black people to get rid of the system and replace it with a system of black empowerment.
Now, I want to talk about another definition. It's called cognitive dissonance. It's when a person holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values. My people, but I have people want freedom, but they're not willing to fight or die for it.
Black people want our kids protected, but we are unwilling to fight or die for them. That's ridiculous. You are forgiving of very people who call harm to you on a daily basis. On a daily basis.
For giving terrorism, just won't cut it. Not now, not ever. We got to be willing to die for our kids. That's stuff I was ridiculous.
And people using religion and Christianity to manage their priorities. Like they're afraid to say what it is. Not only is it racism, but it's a race war that's going on. These people are killing us without any hesitation.
And nobody's stepping up to the plate. We got people stepping up to the plate, but when we step up to the plate, we got moments like this that go around for giving people who calls harm to each other. They're killing their kids, they're killing their kids, they're killing their kids, they're killing their kids. Their worry of forgiveness is to be absolutely in the black community as well.
For giving terrorism is definitely a question. At least for me it is. Thank you guys for tuning in tonight. And remember, the truth is powerful.
