During the retreat, you will learn tools to help you feel how God is working in your heart/soul. These tools enable you to understand your own wounds and disorders and how the enemy works on you. They help us to remove the barriers that keep us from God and from becoming more fully alive. The retreat includes lessons on Prayer of the Heart, Lectio Divina, and Ignatian Spirituality.
