Former detective discusses Red Fox Supreme Court decision

Mark Hoggart and James Wilson were arrested and charged with Bush’s murder and aggravated robbery at the Red Fox Tavern 9 years ago. Yesterday, the Supreme Court quashed the convictions, saying the verdicts were unreasonable. Tim McKinnel was hired by the team defending James Wilson. McKinnel is a former police detective, who as investigator, played a central role in the successful and high-profile campaigns to overturn the wrongful convictions of Teina Pora and Alan Hall. He spoke to John Campbell.
