Well it means that the rain falls on the just and the unjust. What how did you drift into that transition? Ha I don’t know maybe drifting is a spiritual gift. If not formerly then perhaps latterly.  Ha but so now we have a parallel thing going on in this message so let me explain almost right out of the box. The former rain and latter rain is used to define God more or less pouring out His spirit on all flesh. This is an angle but not the whole triangle, meaning there is more of God’s former and latter rain stuff but I am not trying to go big here. Acts 2:17 - ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.https://appliedstrengthsministry.org/
