Former SCSU coach Eric Rud talks recruiting in unique time, Ethan Prow memories, family hockey updates, this season's Miami team -- Ep. 57

Eric Rud has spent two stints as a coach at St. Cloud State. He was an assistant coach for the men's team from 2005-10. He then returned to be the head women's coach for the Huskies from 2014-19. Rud talks about recruiting during the pandemic, the transfer portal, recruiting kids a second time due to the "COVID" extra year of eligibility and where this season's Miami team is at. He also shares memories of recruiting former SCSU standout Ethan Prow, his son, Max, committing to the University of Minnesota, how his daughter, Gabbie, is doing at Cornell and how his wife, Amy, is criss-crossing the country to watch their kids play.
