Former Teacher Arrested for Lewd Conduct | Miami News

A former Miami-Dade teacher, 53-year-old Cesar Oriol Cardoso, was arrested last Friday facing serious charges including showing minors obscene material and lewd conduct at Sunset Park Elementary. Allegations include exposing himself to a student, distributing pornographic content, and physically assaulting two kids. Though removed from the district in April 2026, he’s now permanently banned — and held without bond — as authorities investigate further.
