Former top government officials in Sierra Leone face arrest following a crackdown

Former top government officials in Sierra Leone are facing arrest as part of a crackdown on graft by new President, Julius Maada Bio's government. Last week, former Vice President, Victor Foh, was arrested and charged with various counts of public fund mismanagement, including the embezzlement of money meant to help poor Muslims make the pilgrimage to Mecca. The move followed the release of the long-awaited report into the management of the country's affairs by the government of former President, Ernest Bai Koroma.
