Foster care frontline worker Jayme Jefferson discusses foster care policies and needs.

Hi I'm Jayme Jefferson and I am a professional helper. I was born and raised in Colorado. I've spent countless hours working with youth and families in various settings. It lead me to getting a degree in Human services in 2018 upon graduating from the University of Northern Colorado. From there I found myself wrapped up in the world of child welfare. I enjoy what I do and am passionate because I see youth as a key to the future. It truly is through community and love that youth are able to thrive and do well.
