否定的なコメントへの対応方法

新しいものには必ず批判的な意見があります。同様に、スタートアップには否定的なコメントや批判が多く寄せられます。大きくなり有名になればなるほど、反対意見の数は増えるでしょう。けれど、そうしたコメントの中で読むに値するものは少ないというのが Sam Altman の指摘です。現在の偉大な企業も、その途中では多くの批判が寄せられてきました。でも結局は大丈夫でした。もちろん批判の中には役立つものもあります。そうした意見は、真摯に受け止め改善すればよいだけです。それに本当に役立つコメントは往々にして人を落ち込ませるようなものではありません。世の中には二種類の人間がいます。未来を作る人と、失敗する理由をあげ連ねる人です。できれば前者でいられるよう、努力を続けましょう。今回の Tip の元記事は Sam Altman の『コメントを読むな』です。
