But you will find descriptions of God's judgment all over the place in the bible and, perhaps surprisingly, his judgment is presented as part of the good news of Christianity. So what is God's judgment and what about it is good? Why does there need to be judgment at all if God is a god of love who forgives us? If we accept that God does judge us and that there will be a final judgment, how can we bear that judgment? Will we have to live in fear, especially as we grow older and our days are numbered?
