Foundations of a Flourishing Church: Now Concerning Brotherly Love

In our text, Paul addresses a troubling attitude developing among a minority of believers in the Thessalonian church. While they had a strong reputation for brotherly love, some among them were selfishly exploiting kindness and embracing idleness.
