She later transitioned into corporate communications, where she honed additional skills in strategy, customer experience, marketing, social media strategy, brand strategy, and public relations—winning two awards at each corporate role she undertook. In her current role as the head of Mlk Communications, Tam offers integrated marketing and communication services, focusing on generational and consumer research.
