Dr. Michelle Alden is a parent coach, licensed professional counselor in Idaho, trainer, speaker, and adoption expert. She has worked with at-risk kids for more than 20 years. For ten of those years she has utilized a boots-on-the-ground approach, helping parents navigate very difficult situations in their homes as issues occur. She believes the answer to helping kids is not the typical child-centered approach that our society offers, but rather a more parent-centered approach.
