When it comes to professional development, John finds immense value in asking himself, what's the most important thing for him, balance, enough sleep, exercise, and meditation. John didn't suggest any effective tool for small business growth but he mentioned that finding a good name and maintaining a healthy habit other than work is unbelievably important.
