Four Four Premiere: Black Traffic - Guess Who's Back [Reboot Records]

from Four Four Magazine · host Four Four Magazine

We premiere new music from from rising Irish techno producer Black Traffic IRE as he features on Reboot Records with a 5-track EP. We premiere ‘Guess Who’s Back’, a hardcore tinged techno weapon that is made to shatter warehouses. Black Traffic returns to Reboot Records IRE with a full-fledged hardcore laced EP titled “All Of The Lights”. The 5 track offering is comprised of heavy hitting orginal techno weapons, specifically designed to make dancefloors quake. The youngster delivers a high octane 5 tracker that merges contemporary hard techno sounds with classic rave energy. “We have been working on this EP over the last 4 months. We feel like it really shows my growth as an artist in terms of my sound and we wanted to represent that with both the track selection and album artwork. I started out making edits just like the title track and those edits really gave my career a massive boost. But, I wanted this EP to show my more technical side as a producer, especially in the harder side of dance music. I like to incorporate a lot of harder dance styles into my DJ sets, alongside some trance and melodic house elements and I think this EP shows that versatility. Special thanks to the reboot team for getting this over the line and letting me showcase my own sound. Hope you enjoy.” – Black Traffic We feature ‘Guess Who’s Back’, a triumphant hard techno anthem that perfectly encapsulates Black Traffic’s development as a producer. The thunderous track show’s Black Traffic at his most venomous, perfectly interweaving grinding acid lines with imperious vocals and roaring rave stabs. Devastating kick drums take centre stage, as Black Traffic dynamically pulls the trigger on forging low-end punches as well as swapping into hardcore inspired bass gallops. This is unforgiving peak-time techno from an artist who refuses to conform to genre presumptions.
