India's National Stock Exchange placed its anchor book on 16 September: 37.8 million shares to 189 anchor investors at Rs 1,785, the top of the band. The filed prospectus names Canada Pension Plan Investment Board among the sellers, exiting about 30 per cent of its position at roughly five and a half times cost. Hours later the Federal Reserve raised rates a quarter point, 12–0.
