South Africa's involvement in the trade in tigers and tiger products is of increasing concern. This is according to recent research by international animal welfare organisation FOUR PAWS. The study shows that legal and illegal trade of endangered tigers and their body parts are flourishing in Europe. FOUR PAWS is calling on the European Union to ban the tiger trade for good.
