If one isn't making offers than the chances of finding and getting a good deal are diminished tremendously. The second habit is one has to close the deals. Ultimately nothing will ever happen if you are not closing the deals. Thirdly one has to execute on the business plan.  This is basically taking the deal full circle, If you made an offer, your offer was based on your vision f what you want to do. Th execution part is simply do what you intended to do when you first put your offer. Execute, execute and execute your business plan. We live in the information age. This is the era where most people are drowning with information and are starving of execution. Last raise money if you are not using your own money. In this business no matter how much money you have eventually you will need more money to growing your business. These are the four habit they go into great detail explaining in this podcast.
